How to Check Your Shipment
- Open the shipping confirmation email from Maydolly.
- Select the tracking link for the shipment.
- Allow up to 48 hours after the shipping email for the carrier's first scan to appear.
Tracking Has Not Updated?
Carrier scans can take time to appear during handoffs, weekends or busy delivery periods. If tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact Maydolly support and include your order number.
