Where does Maydolly ship?
Our main market is in USA, so most of our stock is in USA. So for USA orders, we can arrange fast local delivery. For now, we have gradually expanded to Canada, United Kingdom, Germany and Austria. So for these 4 countries, we can also arrange delivery, which may take several days more. In near future, we gonna expand to more countries, so please stay tuned.

How soon will my order arrive?
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 3 business days of placing your order. Ground shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days. Backordered or out-of-stock items will take longer. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same shipment. There may be processing delays during sale events and peak shopping days.
Standard shipping time frames?
Orders placed before 2 p.m. ET Mon-Fri will ship within one to two business days.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. ET on Friday, and any time Saturday/Sunday will ship within one to three business days the following week.
Maydolly observes the following US holiday calendar and orders placed on these days will usually ship the next non-holiday business day.

How can I track my order?
When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). It may take between 24 - 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.
Which carrier will deliver my package?
Orders shipping in the United States will ship using either FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) or possibly a combination, depending upon the item(s) in your order. For other countries, we may cooperate with other delivery companies, including DHL. What we want is same as you. We will try our best to delivery goods to you in a fast and safe way.
