Where does Maydolly ship?

Maydolly ships to physical addresses in the United States(exclude Hawaii or Alaska) and Canada. We do not ship to PO or APO Boxes.

 

Do all orders qualify for free shipping?

No. Maydolly offers free shipping to addresses in the US on orders totaling more than $99. In other cases, we will charge according to weight and region. Please refer to the form for details.

How soon will my order arrive?

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 3 business days of placing your order. Ground shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days. Backordered or out-of-stock items will take longer. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same shipment. There may be processing delays during sale events and peak shopping days. 

 

Standard shipping time frames?

Orders placed before 2 p.m. ET Mon-Fri will ship within one to two business days.

Orders placed after 2 p.m. ET on Friday, and any time Saturday/Sunday will ship within one to three business days the following week.

Maydolly observes the following US holiday calendar and orders placed on these days will usually ship the next non-holiday business day.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). It may take between 24 - 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

 

Which carrier will deliver my package?

Orders shipping in the United States will ship using either FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) or possibly a combination, depending upon the item(s) in your order.

 

What is Maydolly return policy?

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of Maydolly.

If, within 30 days of receipt of your item(s), you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and unassembled item(s) for a full refund of the merchandise value and tax. Please contact Maydolly Customer Care for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

 

Are there any products that are not eligible for return?

Yes. Products that affect secondary sales cannot be returned. 

 

How do I return merchandise purchased from Maydollybaby.com?

Please contact our Customer Care team using our Contact Form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Our email is support@maydollybaby.com. 

Pls note: The return address will be provided by mail after submitting the application.

 

How long will it take to process my refund?

Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days, after we receive and inspect your returned merchandise. Depending upon your credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.
