Where We Ship

Maydolly currently ships to the United States, the 27 European Union countries, and selected international destinations: Canada, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, South Korea, Australia, and Qatar.

Available products and delivery options may vary by destination and are confirmed at checkout.

Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping is available for orders delivered within the United States and the European Union.

For Canada, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, South Korea, Australia, and Qatar, applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Standard delivery to the United States and European Union generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote destinations may require 5–10 business days.

Estimated delivery dates for other international destinations are shown at checkout when available. Items in the same order may ship separately.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email the tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Carriers and Addresses

Depending on the destination and item, orders may be delivered by UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or another local carrier.

We do not currently deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a complete physical delivery address and contact phone number.

Taxes and Duties

Applicable taxes, duties, and import charges are determined by destination and are shown at checkout when collected by Maydolly. Any charges not collected at checkout may be assessed by local authorities.
