What is Maydolly return policy?

If, within 30 days of receipt of your item(s), you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused and unassembled item(s) for a full refund of the merchandise value and tax. Please contact Maydolly Customer Care for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

*Exceptions: Please note that circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or other force majeure events, may lead to delayed arrivals. In such cases, if the delay results in a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Are there any products that are not eligible for return?

Yes. Products that affect secondary sales cannot be returned. 

 

How do I return merchandise purchased from Maydollybaby.com?

Please contact our Customer Care team using our Contact Form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Our email is support@maydollybaby.com. 

Pls note: The return address will be provided by mail after submitting the application.

 

How long will it take to process my refund?

Refunds will be operated at 1st time, normally within 1-3 business days, after we receive and inspect your returned merchandise. Depending upon your credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.
