Return and Cancellation policy for United States
At Maydolly, we understand that choosing furniture for your baby is an important decision. While we strive to deliver products that meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and design, we recognize that in some cases a return or cancellation may be necessary. Please review the policy below carefully before making a purchase.
Return & Refund Policy
Eligible Products
This policy applies to the following Maydolly products purchased directly from the Maydolly website or authorized sales channels:

Baby Changing Tables

Baby High Chairs
60-Night Trial (Select Products Only)
For eligible Maydolly baby cribs and smart cribs, we offer a 60-night in-home trial starting from the first day of use, or within 120 days of delivery, whichever comes first.
If you decide the product is not the right fit within this period, you may request a return by contacting our support team.
Note: Not all products are eligible for the 60-night trial. Changing tables and high chairs are subject to standard return terms outlined below.
Standard Returns (All Products)
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery for changing tables and high chairs.

Trial-eligible cribs follow the 60-night / 120-day rule described above.
Return Process

Customers must submit a return request through the designated form or by contacting support@maydollybaby.com

Once approved, a pre-paid return shipping label will be issued.

A return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund:

USD $90 for baby cribs

USD $60 for changing tables and high chairs
(Fees may vary by location and logistics conditions.)

Packaging & Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund, returned products must:

Be in good physical condition, free from misuse or structural damage
-
Include all original parts, hardware, and accessories
-
Have electronics and mechanical components intact and functional (if applicable)

Be free from excessive stains, liquid damage, or contamination
-
Be returned in original packaging
If the original packaging is unavailable:

A replacement return box may be purchased for USD $50(cribs) or USD $30 (other furniture).

Packaging replacement fees are non-refundable.
Customer Responsibilities

Disassembly and re-packaging are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of return approval, or within 7 days of receiving a replacement box, whichever applies.

Customers assume all risk of loss or damage during return transit.
Failure to meet return timelines or packaging requirements may result in denial of the refund.
Inspection & Refund Processing

All returned products are subject to inspection at our fulfillment center.

Inspection typically takes 2–3 weeks after the return is delivered.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Refunds may be partially deducted or denied if the product does not meet return conditions.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered:

Mattresses (if sold separately)

Fitted sheets, mattress covers, and fabric accessories

Swatches or sample materials

Any add-on accessories purchased separately
If a non-returnable item arrives defective, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Order Cancellation – United States
Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled before shipment with a non-refundable cancellation fee of USD $20.

Orders placed during promotional periods may be subject to a higher cancellation fee.

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
After Shipment

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Customers must follow the return process upon delivery.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your Maydolly product arrives damaged, defective, or missing components:

Contact support@maydollybaby.com within 7 days of delivery

If confirmed under warranty, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at no additional cost.
Geographic Restrictions

Products may only be returned in the same country where they were originally delivered.

Returns are not accepted for products used or relocated outside the original delivery country.

Products purchased from third-party retailers must follow the retailer’s return policy.
Policy Updates
Maydolly reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your return request will apply.
